FLT Reach Driver

The Best Connection Group, Hull, are currently seeking Reach FLT Truck drivers to join a local client based on the outskirts of Driffield in Kirkburn.

With an immediate start, the ideal Candidate would have to be able to complete the relevant shift patterns and may also involve helping out in other departments depending on business needs.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday day 6am-6pm

Monday to Thursday night 6pm-6am

The shifts will rotate weekly

Responsibilities of the Reach Truck Driver:

• The movement of boxes on pallets with vegetables of up to 700kg to the cold store.

Requirements of the Reach Truck Driver:

• FLT Reach Licence
• Attention to detail.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Good accuracy and Organisational skills.
• Ability to work to target.
• PC literate.
• Heavy lifting may be involved.

Extra Duties Which May Be Involved:

• The handling and distributing of carrots moving from belts to boxes in the warehouse. The items will vary in size so the job can be labour intensive.
• Building up boxes for the carrots to be stored in.
• End of line inspection to ensure product quality is maintained and standards are reached.

Other Requirements:

• Relevant training may be given if required to work in other areas of the warehouse.
• Due to location worker must have own transport.
